FINDING MY STUFF!

    Okayy,so like I said I mainly cook African meals and if anyone knows anything about our meals they are mostly spicy;almost every meal has lots of spice and its just the way it is.

So I once tried to make a meal here in america but I did not have the right ingredients or spice and I wasn’t about to make that meal without  the right stuff so my sister and I decided to go out and look for it.

     I feel like because we still have an accent,noone couldn’t understand what we were saying because our pronounceation was different, nigerians were taught to speak in British english hence the difference in the pronounceation.We went around almost the whole day just because we couldnt not find what we wanted and noone could understand what we were saying so as to be of help to us.

It was hilarious but  also very embarrassing and we almost stopped looking until we found an african store that had all we wanted and understood what were saying,urghh...It was a really really long day;but this is just an example of a difficulty I went through.
