FOR THE LOVE OF FOOD!

I remember vividly my 10 years old self being stuck in front of the TV all day watching everything and anything that has to do with food, I was always excited to get my hands on the TV remote just to be able to change it to a food channel and I think it was in that same process I fell in love with food in general.In all honestly,I have not seen anyone who is always as happy as I am whenever I see food!,I think this was why I just really started to learn how to cook from my mum and aunties, really anyone who was in the kitchen even the chef that was at my house.

I really wasn't hands in whenever I learnt how to cook from my mum or aunties' so I was always amazed the way they did not really have recipes, they just did what they felt and the food always always came out good.I did not start cooking until few years back and trust me, the first few time were really really bad; but I just kept trying and now as an 18 year old college student, I would say I have gotten really better and good.

I would say the same way my mum cooks definitely grew on me because I really never use recipes' just have a picture of what I want to do in my head and that's how the meal comes out, I would say just like an artist.

I really love cooking because It just satisfies me when I see other people who are just as happy as I am when they taste my food.I am African ,specifically from Nigeria so I mainly cook African dishes but I'm definitely open to learning new American dishes,I hope you have as much fun as I'm going to writing this blog.
